Registration Information

SPRING 2012

 

Registration for Spring 2012 activities and programs is underway at both our Le Gym and Loyola Athletic Complex locations.

Photo ID is required at registration. To obtain Concordia prices, a valid Concordia Student, Staff or Alumni ID card is required at registration.

* Please retain your membership or registration card as you may be asked to produce it for 

   validation purposes by Campus Recreation staff.

TO REGISTER:

Registration for Campus Recreation activities must be made in-person at the      Campus Recreation location where the activity is offered.

General Information

Schedules and prices are subject to change. Please check with the Campus Recreation Front reception office prior to registering.

Day Pass - Le Centre / Le Gym- $15.00

Day Pass - Instructional activities / classes

Concordia students - $5.00 + tax

All others - $7.00 + tax

Day Passes are valid for one, unique visit to our fitness facilities, activity or class on the date indicated.


Refund Policy
Full refunds are granted within fourteen days (14) of purchase or league registration deadline.  

Any refunds requested following this, will only be granted on the basis of a medical condition, provided a valid note from a health professional is provided. Refunds will be pro-rated.

Lockers
Lockers are free to use during your activity only.  Simply bring your own lock or purchase a combination lock at the front reception (5$ + tax).  Locks left overnight will be removed and
all contents will be cleaned out and placed into Campus Recreation storage for 60 days—please stop by the Front Reception Desk for more information. 

Towel Service
Purchase a Le Gym Towel Card and leave the towel at home.  20 towels for 10$ + tax.  Towels are not sold individually.

Spouses of current students, faculty, staff, and retirees may obtain the Concordia Staff fee by registering with their spouse at the EV Fitness Centre Front Desk during scheduled business hours.

Payment
Payments may be made in person only with VISA, MasterCard, Interac. The EV Fitness Centre and Loyola Campus Recreation Centre do not accept cash.  Prices do not include tax. Please ensure that you have the required documentation when registering for activities that feature student, staff or alumni, discounts. See the FAQ’s section for additional information.

Access

The facility is open to all Concordia full-time and part-time students, staff, faculty, alumni, Concordia Continuing Education students, staff and the Concordia University community that are 18 years and older. All registered members must present a membership card upon entry.
